Moron County has a significantly larger cast than most other webcomics out there, with more than thirty characters. I've done my best to compile all of them, and have divided them into sections detailed below. Each character has his or her own individual, comprehensive biography. Be warned- some of these biographies could potentially be spoilers for people that haven't read through the archives yet.

The Alperson Family- This one's pretty self-explanatory. This section contains information on the entire Alperson family: Biff, Clyde, Norm, Booker, and Joyce.

Naobi University- This section contains all of Biff's fellow college students that have graced the comic. Well, the important ones, anyway.

Clyde's Class- Pretty much all the kids Clyde hangs out with, including the main trio of Fred, Bobbes, and Francis, as well as secondary characters such as Taiya and Norbert.

Moron County Residents- This section contains the characters that commonly interact with the rest of the Alperson family, such as Jabroni Joe and Dim the angry midget. This also contains important story-related characters that don't really fit in anywhere else, such as Mike Fleedman.

The League of Jerks- The villains of this strip, such as Cartoon Billy, Larry, and the mysterious shadow guy from NASA...
