Moron County Villains

	Cartoon Billy Main antagonist, supervillain, narcissist. A card carrying villain based in Moron County. Plans to take over the world. Considers Biff and Clyde to be his arch enemies. Frequently attacks K-Labs. Has yet to succeed in any villainous scheme. Helped by his minion, Kiff. Travels using a gigantic underground drilling machine. Capacity for evil matched only by his stupidity. Recently mistook Larry for Clyde and kidnapped him.
	Kiff Hunchback, minion, deadpan snarker. Cartoon Billy’s sidekick in evil. Significantly smarter than he is. Usually single-handed saves Billy’s life when his plans go awry. On good days, is regarded by Billy as almost an equal. On bad days, mistreated and occasionally set on fire. Believes in Billy’s cause wholeheartedly in spite of constant failure and mistreatment. Reasons for this are unknown.
	Larry Thorndike Bratty, angry, sociopath. Biff and Clyde’s cousin. Was framed by them for vandalism at a young age and sent to the Bleeding Thumbs of Saint Sancho boarding school. Vowed revenge. Successfully traded places with Clyde after a Xanatos gambit. Tried to steal Karter’s time remote from K-Labs and failed. Returned to Saint Sancho’s by Carl and Nina. Soon after, was mistaken for Clyde by Cartoon Billy and Kiff and kidnapped.
	Rebecca “Becky” Connor Short, foul-mouthed, dangerous. Rogue agent of NASA’s secret paranormal investigation force. Hunted by NASA. Considered the deadliest woman in the world, despite being 4’11”. Worked undercover at K-Labs before going rogue. Currently attempting to find out about a secret experiment of K-Labs called “Project Vandesdelca.” Dated Biff in high school. It ended poorly. Is also one of the few people that understands Bobbes.
	Ryan Flenderson Wealthy, opportunistic, idiotic. Currently a high level executive at Flendcorp, his father’s company. In charge of research and development, much to the chagrin of Flendcorp’s actual scientists. Focuses Flendcorp’s scientific studies on animal testing and experimentation because he wants to make a chupacabra. Sees nothing wrong with this. Attended college with Biff, and was president of the student government. Was the (unknowing) arch enemy of Biff, Carl, Chris, and Steve during this time.
	The Grogians Blue, point-eared aliens. Want to invade Earth. Are surprisingly bad at it. Their leader was killed by Carl.
