This is a webcomic by Grady Phillips. It's been around for a few years, so if you've just started reading it now, there's a lot to catch up on. Don't worry! This page has you covered!

So what's Moron County about?

Okay, you probably want more information. Basically, it's a sci-fi/comedy about a young slacker named Biff Alperson and his various misadventures in the town of Moron County. The "sci-fi" elements tend to come and go, depending on if it's funny to have them or not.

Like I said, the comic's been around for a while. Since it's began, Biff and his odd collection of friends have dealt with supervillains, time travel, dinosaurs, aliens, a secret branch of NASA that fights aliens, evil nuns, a psychic girl in a tube, giant monsters, a cranky short woman that throws fire, zombies, and an evil robotic pop star.

It's a complicated series...

Wait, wait, come back! It's really not that bad!

The comic is divided into chapters and volumes, a good portion of which are fairly self contained. In fact, we're in Volume III, "The Fool's Journey," right now, which is specifically designed to be a perfect jumping on point for new readers. While previous comics and storylines are referenced, you don't need to know everything about them to enjoy "The Fool's Journey," and what you do need to know is explained seamlessly in the comic.

...or at least, I try to.

So how often does the comic update?

We do our best to update every day. However, Moron County is, at the moment, just a hobby of mine, and sometimes circumstances interfere with that. I try to warn readers in advance when it looks like this might happen.
